Accessories

There have been as many ideas for the bolt-on ″bits-and-pieces″ as there have been for the bikes themselves over the last couple of centuries. Everywhere in the collection you will find these cycle accessories, either on the machines themselves or in the special displays.

There are cycle lamps lit by oil, candle, acetylene gas, batteries or dynamo, complete with over 800 photostat copies of lighting information. There are carriers and clips, gismos and gadgets of every sort. See how many you can see as you walk through the National Cycle Collection.
