Scotford Lawrence is working on compiling a Catalogue Raisonné (a complete catalogue with notes) of Cycling Paintings and would like to enlist your help in this. He aims to catalogue all the paintings of cycling subjects together with notes on the artist, date of the work, etc. and would like to record any examples in art galleries or other collections which you may know about. Types of work: Oil paintings, watercolours and other painted pictorial works.

Exclusions: Graphic, drawn works, engravings, lithographs, etc. which were made for mass mechanical reproduction in the press, books, posters, etc. Three dimensional representations. (The catalogue may be extended to include these later but this is too big a task to start on at the beginning!)

Please use either the online form left or the printable forms below it to fill in information or any part of it which you can find about a picture that you come across. The important items are what the picture is and where it is. If you know (or can find out) about the artist, the date and the other information so much the better but, provided we know where the painting is, that information may be found out later.
